Leadership & Team Coaching

Not sure if you need leadership coaching or consulting? Results from coaching and consulting engagements can be the same, but the process and approach can be quite different. We’ve found that most consultants do some level of coaching, and most coaches do some level of consulting. Understanding the distinctions is key to knowing which service may be right for you. If you can’t decide, a hybrid approach may be the right solution for you.

What are the key distinctions between coaching and consulting?

Following is a sample list of offerings for individual leaders as well as teams. Specific engagements can be customized to address your specific leadership or team needs.

Individual Coaching

 

Typically requires a 6-month commitment of weekly sessions. Includes an assessment to identify coaching plan goals and focus areas. Success criteria will be documented early and monitored throughout the process. Depending on defined goals, there may be homework assignments and/or other assessments (such as a 360 assessment).


Hybrid Coaching + Consulting

 

A mix of individual coaching sessions and consulting services based on your specific needs. Success criteria will be defined early and monitored throughout to ensure you meet your goals. A set of deliverables, recommendations, customized plans, and/or assessments (such as a 360 assessment) could be included as part of the engagement.


Team Coaching

 

Typical engagement requires a minimum of 3 people. Team sessions are typically held monthly with the option for each person to attend an individual coaching session between each monthly group session. Assessment will be conducted early in the process to define goals and focus areas.
